Madrid888 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

If a member is found to be under 18 years of age or has provided false information regarding their age, the account will be closed immediately and all remaining balance will be forfeited after deducting any applicable administrative costs.

During the registration process at Madrid888, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. All information provided at registration must be your own — using another person's details is strictly prohibited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at Madrid888. If you have forgotten your login details or are having trouble accessing your existing account, please contact our support team via Live Chat or email at support@madrid888.xyz before creating a new account. Registering duplicate accounts may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication code. Madrid888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login information.

Madrid888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods exclusively for Malaysian players:

VIP tier status is determined by cumulative wagering volume within a set period and is subject to change based on account activity.
